Our founder

Dr. Asma’u Isah Maibasira is a dynamic force of vision, resilience, and impact. A devoted wife and mother, she has built an extraordinary legacy that blends intellect, leadership, and compassion.

A gifted writer, facilitator, and thought leader, she is the author of Business Geek and is celebrated for her ability to simplify complex ideas and inspire transformation. With a strong foundation in technology as an ace Computer Scientist—holding a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the National Open University of Nigeria and professional certifications including CCNA, CCNP, and CCIT—she continues to expand her knowledge. She is currently pursuing an MSc in Information Management at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and also Masters in Enterpreneurship and Innovation at Rome Business School, Italy (Nigeria Campus).

Dr. Asma’u Isah Maibasira is a dynamic force of vision, resilience, and impact. A devoted wife and mother, she has built an extraordinary legacy that blends intellect, leadership, and compassion.

A gifted writer, facilitator, and thought leader, she is the author of Business Geek and is celebrated for her ability to simplify complex ideas and inspire transformation. With a strong foundation in technology as an ace Computer Scientist—holding a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the National Open University of Nigeria and professional certifications including CCNA, CCNP, and CCIT—she continues to expand her knowledge. She is currently pursuing an MSc in Information Management at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and also Masters in Enterpreneurship and Innovation at Rome Business School, Italy (Nigeria Campus). She was awarded with Honorary Doctorate Degree in philosophy in Entrepreneurship from Prowess University, USA.

Beyond her academic brilliance, Dr. Asma’u is a certified Marriage Counsellor, Life Coach, and Mentor—committed to shaping lives both professionally and personally. She serves as the CEO of Naim Strategies Nigeria Ltd, Founder of NAIM Helping Hands Initiative, and Managing Director of Suzas Strategist and Enterprise.

Her influence extends globally. She is a Council Member of the Chartered Institute of Mentoring and Career Coaching Nigeria (where she is also a Fellow), as well as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arts Management and Professionals, USA. She is also an alumna of Certificate Edge Executive Development. At the national level, Dr. Asma’u contributes passionately as Secretary of the Customs Officers Wives Association (COWA), driving women’s empowerment and community transformation across Nigeria.

Known as an astute businesswoman, creative entrepreneur, and conscientious philanthropist, Dr. Asma’u embodies purpose-driven leadership. She is particularly recognized for her belief that facilitation is not just a skill, but a calling—a sacred act of awakening minds and shaping futures around the world.
